Conditions
for the use of the
Mata Sahib Kaur Hall
1. A deposit of £50.00 at
the time of booking. It
is refundable if the booked programme goes ahead and if cancelled then
it wont be refunded.
2. Each programme to be carried
out in a spirit of service
and care.
3. Furnishings in the hall to be
treated with a sense
of respect.
4. Children to be accompanied by
their parents and kept
under control.
5. Langer/Tea/Drinks of any
kind should not be taken
in the hall.
6. Before the family leaves the
premises, the Kitchen
should be thoroughly cleaned after use including floor, cookers, sinks,
utensils etc.
7. Used cooking oil should never
be disposed off either
in the sink or in the drains.
8. Toilet rolls and washing
materials to be provided by
the booking family.
